Clarity versus Caos
How do you turn a Web3 startup from ‘build-first’ to ‘user-first’? At Sacred Protocol, I led a strategic UX/UI overhaul, replacing guesswork with research-driven design. From uncovering critical anonymity flaws to pioneering a tipping system, my work saved 8 months of wasted dev time, and launched two profitable products.

Designing Sensible Solutions
for a Not-for-Profit Foundation
The Reach Foundation's goal was lofty and clear - to deliver 1k workshops by the end of 2022 and impact more young people across Sydney and Melbourne! To achieve this goal, they needed to improve the learning and development experience of their young Facilitators! This project is about the advocacy of the power of UX Design!
